File Upload Tool
Use the tool below to upload your files. PathIN works with lists of pathway IDs as defined by each pathway repository.
There are five types of supported files that the user can upload:
(a) simple lists of pathways codes, (b) simple lists of compound codes,
(c) simple lists of Glycan codes, (d) Tab-separated edge lists of pathway codes, and
(e) list of gene symbols. Users should first know these IDs and provide them in text(.txt) file
